MEDICAL CLINIC OFFICE MANAGER

The role of the Clinic Office Manager is comprehensive. Under the supervision of the Clinic Owner and Physicians, the Clinic Manager is tasked with the wide-ranging duty of optimizing the day-to-day functionality of the clinic.

Requirements

Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication abilities

Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, patients, and external agencies
Knowledge of health administrative practices and ability to implement organizational policies, procedures and systems

Excellent technical skills with knowledge of Ms word, Microsoft excel & EMR (background with MedAccess is an asset)

Knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations and requirements (full understanding of MSP and Incentive Fee billing codes)
Skill in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising (previous managerial background an asset)
