The project manager is responsible for the successful execution of medium to large business projects. This positions requires the expertise to work in a highly matrix organization as well as demonstrated managerial and communication abilities.
Drive project execution on behalf of owner or sponsor; provide cross-functional support to ensure delivery of specific complex workstream. Establish overall project plan, definition & scope, working within the stipulated timeline. Identify & manage stakeholder expectations; lead communication efforts to ensure transparency. Background in M&A and separation. Create tactical path of execution, including outline of project phases, milestones, tasks & timelines. Proactively manage issues; identify risks & mitigations strategy. Chairs weekly team and monthly meetings to review progress with key constituents and overall stakeholder management. HTFCIN1
